To help make your registration appointment faster and more efficient, please complete the online pre-registration form below before you come to our office.
Important: Completing this online form does not enroll you in the program. All students are required to attend an in-person registration appointment before they can begin classes or testing.
Once you submit the form, a staff member will contact you to schedule your registration appointment or simply show up during our registration time!

What to Bring to Your Registration Appointment
Please bring:
- High School transcripts if you are applying for an Oklahoma Career Readiness Diploma (Must be 21)
- Any questions you have about the program
- A government issued ID – this is a requirement for GED testing.
What to Expect at Your Appointment
During your in-person registration, you will:
- Meet with an Ardmore Family Literacy staff member
- Review your pre-registration information
- Complete any remaining required paperwork
- Take the TABE assessment
- Receive information about your GED pathway
- Learn about your required student accounts and program expectations
- Get started on your path to earning your GED
